Description

The Purdue team is heading north to Ryerson University in Toronto for this 2.5 day training. This very interactive session will give you the tools you need to lead collaborations in which “no one can tell anyone else what to do.” You’ll learn what makes these collaborations work (and go astray), and how to guide conversations to move groups forward quickly to action. We use enjoyable exercises, a group simulation, and plenty of discussion to ensure that you leave ready to tackle your toughest collaboration challenges. All attendees receive the “Strategic Doing Field Guide” and access to an ever-growing resource library.

The Agile Strategy Lab at Purdue University develops and deploys tools to help networks get work done. In a network, there is often no one person that can tell everyone else what to do; as a result, too many meetings of so-called "collaborations" are nothing more than sharing updates. The Lab's signature offerings - Strategic Doing, the AEM-Cube, and CommPlexity - help networks design collaborations that get results.
